There is nothing like a soothing massage to help you switch off and relax.
Unwind, de-stress and ease those aching muscles from head to toe. I have a safe and peaceful therapy room to help you escape the busy 21st Century. Soft lighting, the calming smell of lavender and relaxing meditative music will ease the mind into a blissful state. I work with aromatherapy oils to help the body and mind to completely relax and find peace, while also incorporating reiki healing into the massage.

COVID-19 Recovery: 8 Week Restorative Yoga Course
The COVID-19 Yoga Classes are designed to gently and slowly build physical strength to the body, while also allowing the body to slowly adapt to physical and gentle exercise through gentle yoga poses.
These recovery classes are specially designed to concentrate on strengthening and expanding the lungs through breathing work. Mental Health Wellbeing after recovery for COVID-19 is a must, during my COVID-19 recovery classes I use techniques such as visualisation and meditation to help both calm and strengthen the mind to a healthier balance.
