Working either from my private garden studio in Scaynes Hill, The Back Doctor in Haywards Heath or from your own home.

Enjoy a unique one to one yoga class with an expert multi-discipline teacher. Your personal yoga session will include freestyle flow yoga, stretch and strength work, calming popular music, restorative visualisation and will finish with a relaxing hand and foot massage. Individual class or share between a couple at no extra charge in my tranquil garden studio or at The Back Doctor Haywards Heath!

PILATES Class
Enjoy a unique one to one pilates class designed specifically for your body with an expert multi-discipline teacher. Your personal pilates session will include core strengthening exercises, realignment of the spine and correct body posture, strengthening of smaller muscle groups while increasing bone density.

Personal Training
Enjoy a unique one to one personal training class with a highly experienced personal trainer. Choose from body blast cardio fitness, fit-ball, step, retro aerobics, circuit training or a little of each hand tailored just for your class. If you're lucky enough to have your own swimming pool then why not add an aqua fitness class to your weekly routine. Individual class or share between a couple at no extra charge!
